Treana has always loved literature and first discovered her love of writing while in first grade. She wrote a short story to go along with a picture book she had checked out from her school library. The librarian was so impressed by her talent that she bound it and enclosed it with the picture book for other children to enjoy. Treana continued to develop her writing skills throughout her elementary and seconday school days. She wrote her first novel during her junior year of high school. She shared her talent with her peers and assisted others in improving their own writing skills while working in a college writing lab. She loves learning and continued her education, earning a Master's degree in Educational Psychology.

- She grew up in a rodeo town nestled among the wheat fields of eastern Oregon. She now lives with her wonderful husband and children in a friendly community in northern Utah. She loves literature and shares her love of writing and learning with young children in a local elementary school.
